Virus Bulletin wishes you a great 2015

See you in Prague – and on the Internet!

2014 was an exciting year for Virus Bulletin: we made all of our content

free

, ran a successful and well-attended

conference

in Seattle, and added some new members to our

team

.

In 2015, you can expect to see lots more of the regular research articles published in our

Bulletin

, regular posts on our

blog

, and we will continue to be active on

Twitter

and

Facebook

. Our test team will be busy as always, testing security solutions and reporting the results of those tests. On top of that, we have some exciting new projects ahead – which you could become part of, as we are currently

hiring

.

And while we’re still publishing the papers and videos from VB2014, we are already busy planning for

VB2015

in Prague (30 September to 2 October 2015). We have issued a

call for papers

and have already signed up

a number of sponsors

.

We expect 2015 to be a great year and we hope it will be a good year for you as well. Of course, we also hope that it will be a secure year – but being realistic, we know that things will inevitably be found to be broken, and that less honest people will be quick to abuse such discoveries. We hope that you will report on this where you can, and share any information you have about vulnerabilities and attacks – together, we can help make the world more secure.

Here’s to a great year!
